We offer automatically the standard expedition option, in order to eliminate wherever possible the customer’s shipping cost, or anyway, to minimize it.

We guarantee that delivery takes place in the maximum of 10 days anywhere in the world.

There is, however, the possibility of proceeding, at the request of the customer (info@sideupdesign.com), to other faster shipping arrangements.

Is there a chance to pay for delivery?

You can pay on delivery, but only by expressly requesting it at info@sideupdesign.com.

With regard to cash payment to delivery in Italy (San Marino and Vatican City) and France, due to recent changes in domestic law, cash payments for deliveries in Italy (San Marino and Vatican City) can not exceed 999.99 euros; as far as deliveries to France are concerned, the total amount of the order can not exceed € 750.00.

Shipping Methods and Costs.

To offer you the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries we have chosen UPS. Shipping rates vary based upon shipment type, destination and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (orders accepted before 12:00 am CET will be dispatched the same day). Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference, will commence from the date of dispatch and we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

All orders require a signature upon receipt, we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address,

If UPS does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. After our Customer Service will contact you directly by email.

When do we deliver?

Our Online Store ships worldwide with UPS, delivering 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

UPS does not deliver on festive or pre-festive days.

First Time Orders.

For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary.

Insurance.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

You can check the current status of your shipment by signing into your account and visiting the ‘Orders’ section.

Taxes and Duties.

Since we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we invite our customers to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order. Our online store is shipped worldwide with UPS and shipping costs are already included in the final amount of your order. However, as an international courier for your order, UPS may submit an invoice separate from the local authorities for duties owed.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at sideupdesign. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

How to process a return.

If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs). Alternatively, you may prefer to return items using our free returns collection service.

Refunds can only be made on your credit card or on your bank account. To claim a refund if you chose to pay cash on delivery, you need to have a bank account: Refunds with this payment method can only be issued by wire transfer to a bank account.

After you receive the RAN, you will need to contact the UPS directly and schedule your packet retrieval.

Remember to set the printed return label (sent by our service center) on the parcel you are returning. If you do not find the pre-printed label within your order, you can ask the UPS to bring a ‘Waybill’ at pick-up time. Fill out the ‘Waybill’ with the following details:

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Cancelling your order under the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 (seven) working days of receipt.

Upon receipt of the notice of cancellation of the contract, Customer Service will send you a RAN (Return Authorization Number) number. Complete this transaction on your return receipt invoice with your order and enter your delivery so that you can proceed promptly with your refund. If you have lost your proforma return invoice, please resend it to our Customer Service Customer Reseller Authorization email address.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, as our free collection service does not apply to orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Please note that you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the order, as described above.

Additional returns information.

Our return service is free when using the conventional retreat service from UPS. If you were to decide to use another carrier, we will not refund the cost of the return shipment.

Send your return from the same Country in which you’ve placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.

Returns which do not respect the conditions above or with missing or incomplete Customs documentation will be refused and returned to the Shipper.

Your return package will be accepted within 7 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse.

Receiving a refund.

If you used our free return collection service, you will receive the reimbursement within 30 days from the date of reception of your parcel from our warehouse and after having verified that all conditions have been met.

You can get the refund credited to your credit card or bank account that you originally provided. In case you chose C.O.D. payment You will receive an accreditation on your bank account.

Refund will include shipping costs only for defective items or for canceled orders with DSRs. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned with our free pickup service.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales tax (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through sideupdesign.com. Therefore, it is advisable to hire a

customs broker if you want to claim reimbursement of the duties for the returned goods.

Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

1. How to Execute a Contract with the Vendor.

6. Consumer Rights and the Cooling-Off Period.

6.1 If you are a Consumer, you may cancel your contract with the Vendor in relation to products purchased from sideupdesign.com, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, by notifying the Vendor in writing within fourteen (14) working days, beginning with the day after you received the products. In this case you will receive a full refund of the price of the products.

6.2 You should return the products to the Vendor within fourteen (14) working days from the date you notify the Vendor of the cancellation, in the same condition in which you received them and at your own expense. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
6.3 To return the products:

A. You will need to inform us in writing within fourteen (14) business days (from the day following receipt of the products) by sending an e-mail to info@sideupdesign.com.
B. the products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
C. the products should be returned in their original packaging;
D. the products should be returned to the Vendor within fourteen (14) working days following cancellation of the contract.
6.4 If you cancel the contract within the fourteen (14) working days cooling-off period we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event within thirty (30) days of the day on which you gave notice of your cancellation. The Vendor will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us, provided that the reason for the return is not because of an error on our part or because the item is faulty or defective.
6.5 You can return the products to the Vendor either by:
A. the approved courier (as indicated on the online Return Authorization Request) via the pre-paid, personalized return label enclosed in you original order, and the Vendor shall deduct from your refund the cost of return postage;
B. by packaging the relevant products securely and sending them to the Vendor using your Return Authorization Number. For your protection, we recommend that you use a courier service if you choose to return the goods other than via the pre-paid mechanism and approved courier .

7. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.

7.1 If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a pre-paid return label using the Vendor’s approved courier (as indicated on the Return Authorization Request), or by refunding your return postage costs).
7.2 You must notify the Vendor of an error in respect of the products delivered or of a damaged or defective product within thirty (30) days of receipt, if a product becomes faulty after the thirty (30) days please contacting us at sideupdesign.com to obtain further returns information. You must return the products in the same condition in which you received them. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
7.3 To return the products:

A. you should notify us in writing as soon as practicable and in any event within thirty (30) working days, by completing and submitting the online Return Authorization Request. You should keep a record of your cancellation notice;
B. the products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
C. the identification tag should still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
D. the products should be returned, complete and unused, with their original packaging;
E. the products should be returned to the Vendor within seven (7) working days following notification to the Vendor of the damaged or defective product or of the Vendor’s error.
7.4 The Vendor will examine all products returned as damaged or defective and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the damaged or defective product. Subject to acceptance by the Vendor of the damaged or defective goods, products returned by you because they are damaged or defective will be refunded in full, including the cost of delivery for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to the Vendor. In the event that the Vendor finds no fault with the returned products, you will be notified that the returned products cannot be accepted and you may elect to have the products re-delivered to you. If you do not accept re-delivery the Vendor reserve the right to retain the products and the purchase price and recover the Vendor’s fees and expenses from you.
7.5 If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded by the Vendor to the individual who made the payment.
7.6 The value date for the credit shall be the same as the value date of the original debit and consequently you shall not suffer interest losses.
7.7 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase.
7.8 The Vendor will refund the price of the products in accordance with the applicable time. The Vendor shall not be responsible for any delay that is beyond its control including for delays caused by the method of purchase or refund, including by way of example delays caused by Credit Card/Debit Card companies refund policies.

Return Policy.

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. 1. Terms and Conditions of Return.

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
A. we invite you to correctly fill in and submit the Return Authorization Request to the Vendor within fourteen (14) working days from the date of your receipt thereof;
B. the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
C. the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
D. the products are returned in their original packaging;
E. the returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within fourteen (14) working days from the date the package was delivered to you.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the Vendor shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. Should you decide to use the courier indicated by sideupdesign.com, you will not have to directly take care of the return shipping costs, which are at your expense. In this case, sideupdesign.com will pay the return shipping costs for you and will deduct from your refund the cost of return postage.
You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense to the Vendor. If you refuse the above delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

2. Refund Times and Procedures.

After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card, Cash on Delivery), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions. The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used:
A. purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss,
B. payment made by Cash on Delivery: you will be refunded the amount you paid for the products returned to the Bank account you indicate in the Return Authorization Request; the time needed for refunding depends on the information you provided in your order; normally refunds take place within a month. Please remember it is necessary to have a Bank account in order to receive a refund for cash on delivery orders.

3. Identification Tag.

All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.

4. UPS.

As advised by the Vendor, returned products may be shipped by the package delivery company UPS, using the pre-printed label enclosed in the package in which the products were shipped. If you use UPS, the Vendor will be paying the shipping costs and track the package at any time. Please contact UPS (or visit their site: www.ups.com) to organise pick-up. If you decide to use a different shipping courier than the one provided by sideupdesign.com, you will have to pay for the cost of return shipping upfront and you will be responsible in case of loss or damage to the products during transport.
